A Note on Serving

To ensure the pavlova is enjoyed at its very best, the meringue, fresh cream, seasonal berries and raspberry coulis are all carefully packaged separately. Your pavlova will arrive unassembled, ready for you to dress just before serving. This preserves the delicate, crisp texture of the meringue and ensures a beautifully fresh result.
