Reservations
Can I make a reservation via Instagram?
No, we do not accept bookings via Instagram. All reservations are made online through our website. Melbourne Bar Bookings.
When can I make a booking?
Bookings open at 10am on the first day of each month, one month in advance. For example, bookings for July open at 10am on 1st June.
My preferred date or time isn’t available. What can I do?
If your preferred date or time does not appear, this means we are fully booked. We recommend joining the waitlist or exploring alternative dates and times.
Gift Cards
Where and when can I purchase gift cards?
Gift cards are available for purchase in-store, five days a week from 9am to 5pm.
Can gift cards be used for both retail and dining?
Yes, our gift cards can be redeemed for both retail purchases and dining experiences.
Can I use my gift card in any state?
No, gift cards can only be used in the state in which they were purchased.
Halal
Is your beef halal?
Yes, all our beef is halal as per halal requirements.
Are all menu items halal?
Please note that our beef is processed in the same facility as pork, and some menu items, including certain sauces, do contain pork.
Can you help me find halal options?
Absolutely. Our team is happy to guide guests through the menu and highlight suitable halal options during your visit.
