Our full leg of Kurobuta Berkshire is the ham we are asked for by name. Hand-selected from rare-breed Black Berkshire pigs raised in Northern New South Wales, it is smoked gently over beechwood until the meat is delicate, well marbled and quietly sweet.

Bone-in, as a ham of this standing should be. Choose the size that suits your table. Serve it with our house ham glaze, and keep what remains in a Victor Churchill ham bag.
